MotoMoto Terms of Service

Effective date: 11 November 2026

These terms are an agreement between you and Roy Sidi, Israel, who operates MotoMoto ("MotoMoto," "we," "us"). They cover your use of the MotoMoto website at motomotoapp.com and any related apps (the "Service"). By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, don't use the Service.

Our Privacy Policy explains how we handle your personal data.

1. Ride at your own risk

Read this section carefully.

MotoMoto is a community of riders sharing routes. Route descriptions, difficulty ratings, surface types, distances, elevation, GPS tracks, photos, hazards and reviews are written and uploaded by riders, not checked by us. They can be wrong, incomplete or out of date. Roads close, surfaces wash out, weather changes, borders and access rules change, and a route that suited one rider may be dangerous for you.

You are solely responsible for deciding whether a route suits you, your bike, your experience, your passengers and the conditions on the day; for checking current conditions, laws, permits and access rights; for your equipment, insurance and licence; and for riding safely and legally.

Do not use the Service while riding. Do not rely on a MotoMoto route or GPS track as your only means of navigation.

Motorcycling, and adventure and off-road riding in particular, carries a real risk of serious injury and death. Because route information comes from other riders and riding conditions are outside our control, we are not responsible for injury, death, damage or loss that results from the inherent risks of riding, or from inaccurate, incomplete or outdated information contributed by other users. Section 11 explains what this does not limit.

2. Who can use MotoMoto

You must be at least 16 years old to create an account. By creating one, you confirm that you are.

3. Your account

Keep your login details private. You are responsible for what happens under your account. Tell us at hello@motomotoapp.com if you think someone else has accessed it.

Information you give us must be accurate. Don't create an account for someone else without their permission, or impersonate anyone.

4. Your content

"Your content" means anything you upload or post: routes, GPS tracks, photos, descriptions, reviews, profile details and any other material.

You keep ownership of your content.

You give us a licence to use it. By posting content, you grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to host, store, copy, display, adapt (for example, resize photos or reformat tracks) and distribute it, in order to run, show and promote the Service. Content you make public can be viewed, saved and downloaded by other users, including GPS tracks where download is offered.

What happens when you delete. If you delete content or your account, we remove it from public view within 30 days. Public routes and reviews may remain with your name removed, as our Privacy Policy explains, so other riders' content still makes sense. Copies may remain in backups for a limited period, as our Privacy Policy explains.

You confirm that you own your content or have the right to post it, including every photo; that it doesn't infringe anyone's rights; and that it doesn't break these terms or the law.

Privacy of others. Don't post other people's personal information without their permission. Be careful with GPS tracks: they often reveal where you, or someone else, lives.

5. Rules

You must not:

  • post content that is illegal, false or misleading in a way that could put riders at risk, defamatory, harassing, hateful, sexually explicit, or that encourages dangerous or illegal riding;
  • post routes on private land or through closed or protected areas without indicating that access is restricted, or encourage trespass;
  • post spam, advertising or commercial content without our permission;
  • copy or scrape the Service or its content in bulk, or use automated tools to access it, except as the Service itself allows;
  • try to access accounts, data or parts of the Service you are not authorised to use, probe or test its security without our permission, or interfere with its operation;
  • use the Service in a way that breaks any law.

We may remove content, or suspend or close accounts, that break these rules or that we reasonably believe create a risk for riders or for MotoMoto. When we remove your content or restrict your account, we will tell you what we did and why, unless the law prevents us or the content is spam. You can reply to that notice to ask us to review the decision.

6. Reporting content and copyright

If you think content on MotoMoto is dangerous, wrong in a way that could hurt someone, infringes your rights (including copyright in a photo), or breaks these terms, email hello@motomotoapp.com with a link to the content and an explanation. For a copyright complaint, include your contact details, identify the work, and confirm you own it or act for the owner. We will confirm we received your report, review it, and tell you what we decided.

7. Our service

The MotoMoto software, design, logo and name belong to us. Apart from your content and other users' content, you may not copy or reuse them without our permission.

We are building MotoMoto actively. Features may change, be added or be removed, and the Service may sometimes be unavailable. We may stop offering the Service; if we do, we will give reasonable notice where we can so you can save your content.

The Service is currently free. If we introduce paid features, we will tell you about the price and terms before you are charged anything.

8. Other services

The Service links to and relies on services we don't control, such as map providers and navigation or GPS apps you send a route to. Their own terms apply, and we are not responsible for them.

9. Ending your use

You can stop using MotoMoto at any time, and ask us to delete your account by emailing hello@motomotoapp.com.

We may suspend or close your account if you break these terms, if the law requires it, or if continuing would create a risk for other users or for us.

Sections 1, 4 (licence for content that remains public), 10, 11 and 13 continue to apply after your account ends.

10. Disclaimer

The Service and all content on it are provided "as is" and "as available." To the fullest extent the law allows, we make no promises about the accuracy, reliability, safety, completeness or availability of the Service or any route, track or other content, and we disclaim all implied warranties.

11. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent the law allows:

  • we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special or consequential loss, or for loss of data, profits or opportunity;
  • we are not liable for injury, death, damage or loss that results from the inherent risks of riding, or from information contributed by other users (see section 1);
  • our total liability to you for any claim relating to the Service is limited to the greater of the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim, or 500 Israeli new shekels.

Nothing in these terms excludes or limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud, or for intentional or grossly negligent conduct, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited by law. Nothing in these terms affects the mandatory rights you have as a consumer under the law of the country where you live.

12. Your responsibility to us

If someone brings a claim against us because content you posted infringed their rights, or because you broke the law, you are responsible for the loss you caused, as the law provides.

13. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Israel, without depriving you of the protection of mandatory consumer law in the country where you live. You may bring a claim in the competent courts of Israel, or in your own country's courts where its law gives you that right.

14. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms as the Service changes. For material changes, we will tell you in the app or by email before they take effect. If you don't agree to the changes, you can close your account before they take effect. If you keep using the Service after that, the updated terms apply. The effective date at the top always shows the latest version.
